Scala XL Wall Panel

”Big soundscapes require big ideas.”
Design by: Anya Sebton

To improve the soundscape in large and noisy spaces such as auditoriums, lobbies, and shopping malls, the sound absorbing wall panel Scala XL is perfectly suited since it has a powerful sound absorbing effect – Class A for Scala XL convex shaped version.

“The inspiration for Scala XL comes from the pillars and vaulted ceilings that can be found in buildings from the past. I have transformed and scaled these shapes into a timeless, undulating configuration that is suitable as a sound absorber for modern interiors,” says designer Anya Sebton.

• Great sound absorption
• Timeless design
• Fire tested
• Flexible – can be adapted in sizes
Recycled materials

The increase of size not only amplifies its acoustic capacity, but also affects its aesthetic qualities.

  • The modules are installed discreetly on a wall using invisible metal fittings in the rear of the panel (included).

  • The sound absorbing raw material is made from polyester containing recycled PET bottles.

  • You can either choose have the panels upholstered or not. When no upholstery is added, called "Soundfelt VF", the panels are Fire Classified (Result B-s1,d0) according to test standard EN-13501.
