Airflake

Airflake hanging room divider was created by designer Stefan Borselius in 2006 and was the first product to emerge from the groundbreaking Air concept. Made of fabric-covered moulded fibre felt, it absorbs sound and prevents echoes. The hexagon-shaped modules are assembled together to form ‘open’ screens that shape or suggest new spaces within a space, while allowing light to pass through unobstructed.

The modules are soft, sound diffusing and can be combined with eachother to form suspended ‘curtains’ or dividers in a number of colours, shapes and sizes.

  • Made of fabric-covered moulded fibre felt, the modules absorbs sound and prevents echoes. Assembly is a breeze with the included plastic connectors.

  • The hexagon-shaped modules are assembled together to form ‘open’ screens that shape or suggest new spaces within a space, while allowing light to pass through unobstructed.

  • Airflake can be suspended from the ceiling or mounted on the wall using our suspension rail accessory.
