Sveriges Lärare
Stockholm, Sweden
“We aimed for an inspiring, needs-based, and flexible workplace. The office would be sustainable, socially and environmentally, with a focus on reusing previous furnishings. We brought with us fantastic art collections from both offices, Swedish original classics from the 20th century. It turned out even better than we could have imagined.
The office became a meeting place through its many rooms, desk islands, and sofa groups where all tasks could be performed. Focus rooms, pods, and phone rooms – both bookable and non-bookable – provide employees with options. We had high demands on technology to enable both effective hybrid and video meetings, as half of our colleagues are located in offices from Luleå to Malmö.”
